家中、タイ米のジャスミンライスのファン 残り1／4になった我が家の在庫 タイカレーなどタイ料理の時はもちろん、一般の日本料理ともとてもよくマッチして家中ジャスミンライスの大ファンです。 さっぱりした味わいと香ばしい匂いがいいんですよ。 ただ困るのはなかなか手に入らないことです。 近くのスーパーはどこも全く置いてません。 1軒少し離れたスーパーで扱ってるところがあるんですが、 このところはいつも品切れです。 今家に置いてある在庫のタイ米はそろそろなくなりそうです。 困ったなぁ、買いたいけどどこにも置いてないと思っていたある日、 そうだAmazonて扱ってるかも。 早速アマゾンでジャスミンライスを検索してみるとありました、ありました。 送料は込みでお値段も別に高くありません。 早速申し込みました。 今までお米はリアルの店で買っていたので、 オンラインのお店の事は全然思いつきませんでした。 届くのが楽しみです。 PS: その後発送日大幅遅延のお知らせが来て、さあどうしたものか・・ Jasmine rice is a huge favorite in our household—not only does it go perfectly with Thai dishes like Thai curry, but it also pairs wonderfully with many Japanese dishes. The light taste and fragrant aroma are just delightful. The only problem is that it's hard to find. None of the nearby supermarkets carry it at all. There’s one supermarket a bit farther away that stocks it, but lately, it's always sold out. Our current stock of Thai rice at home is nearly gone. I was worried, thinking I wanted to buy more but couldn’t find it anywher...

リボンはラッピングにも、手芸材料にもピッタリの素敵な素材です　Ribbons are a wonderful material that is perfect for wrapping and craft materials. 商品撮影OKのお店で撮らせていただきました。 どれも可愛くて迷います。 I took these photos in a store where product photography was allowed. They're all so cute, it's hard to choose. いくつあってもまた欲しくなるのがリボン No matter how many I have, I'll always want more ribbons 今手元にあるお気に入りがこちらです。Here is  my favorite one. ⬇︎ 透ける感じがいいなあと思って。 さて、あと何色を買い足そうかしら。 I think the sheer feel is nice. Now, I wonder how many more colors I should buy.

畑で採れた空芯菜の茎を水に挿しただけ 茎をガラスの空き瓶に挿したらどんどん成長して葉っぱも増えてきました。 もちろん根も出てきました。 明るい緑色がきれいで台所を飾っています。 この調子だとまだまだ成長しそうです。 ただ寒さに弱いようで越冬が難しい 昨年も発根した空芯菜がありましたが、室内で越冬できたのは1本だけ。 それも春に土に下ろしたら枯れてしまいました。 I simply put the stems of water spinach harvested from the field into water. When I placed the leftover stems of water spinach in water, they started to regrow. After placing the stems in an empty glass jar, they began to grow rapidly, and more leaves appeared. Naturally, roots also started to grow. The bright green color is beautiful and decorates the kitchen. At this rate, it seems like they’ll continue to grow even more. However, they seem to be sensitive to the cold, making it difficult for them to survive the winter. Last year, I had some rooted water spinach, but only one plant managed to survive indoors over the winter. Even then, it withered away after being transplanted into the soil in spring.

先日、こちらの記事で軽井沢アウトレットのJINS でメガネを買い忘れたと書きましたが こちらの記事 ↓ 買い忘れたメガネ その後もう一度軽井沢に行きましたので、やっぱり買いました。 まだあったのでよかったです。 上が先日オンラインで買ったメガネ 下が軽井沢アウトレットで買ったメガネ 似ていますが実際かけるとだいぶ違います。 どちらも気に入っています。

すっかり秋らしくなりました。 あんなに暑かった日々が嘘のようです。 でもまだ蚊はいますね。 庭で土いじりしていたら刺されました。 油断大敵です。 さて、庭で収穫できる二大果物は柿とハッサクです。 まず柿を収穫しました。 Autumn has fully arrived. The unbearably hot days feel like they were just a dream. But there are still mosquitoes around. I was bitten while gardening, so it’s important not to let our guard down. Now, let me talk about the two main fruits we harvest from our garden: persimmons and hassaku oranges. First, we harvested the persimmons. うちの柿は甘いですよ。 小さいですけどね。 Our persimmons are sweet. They’re small, though. The hassaku oranges are still green. ハッサクはまだ青いです たくさん実をつけているので、楽しみです。 柿は鳥が突きますが、ハッサクは酸っぱいせいか鳥は来ませんね。 The hassaku tree is bearing a lot of fruit, so we're looking forward to the harvest. Birds peck at the persimmons, but they don’t bother with the hassaku—maybe because it's too sour for them.

久しぶりに蔵前まで行ったので 浅草橋に向かってぶらぶら散歩しました。 この辺りはビーズ屋さんや天然石のお店など、楽しいお店がいっぱいあって 興味しんしんです。 外国からの観光客もたくさん来ていました。 天然石のお店でいくつか石を買いました フローライトやアメジストなど、いくつか天然石を購入。 フローライトでネックレスを作ろうと思います。 こちらはお守りのような位置付けにしよう なんだかラッキーそうな石でしょ。 玄関に飾ろうと思います。 幸せを呼び込んでねー。 Since it had been a while, I went to Kuramae, and then I took a leisurely walk towards Asakusabashi. This area is full of fun shops like bead stores and natural stone shops, which always catch my interest. Many tourists from abroad were also visiting. I picked up a few stones at one of the natural stone shops— Fluorite, amethyst, and a few others. I’m planning to make a necklace out of the fluorite. I think I’ll treat this as a kind of charm. It feels like lucky stones, doesn’t they? I’m thinking of displaying them by the entrance. Please bring us happiness!
